He noted conducive conditions on the report, and is now requiring the veteran to pay the full price of an inspection just to come out and make sure the dirt has been moved. I have originated VA loans for 15 years and have never had an inspector charge for a quick reinspect. Nice to know how Kevin Cox treats veterans of our country.
