I wanted to pre-order balloons for later this weekend but the manager lacked the ability to communicate with me verbally. He just pointed to the check out. Like a fool, I stood there waiting around for him to explain the process on picking the balloons. Finally I gave up and just left. Very strange. The store was well stocked on other things. If you don’t need anyone’s help, you’ll be fine going there.
